We have an experienced team of designers who have in-depth knowledge and research in the flexible packaging industry.
We prefer 2 or above different format artworks: AI, PDF,EPS, CDR or high resolution JPG.
According to different quantity and requirements, we have three printing methods for printing packaging bags: rotogravure printing, digital printing, and screen printing. The MOQ for rotogravure printing is 6000 meters. The MOQ for digital printing is 1 piece, and the MOQ for screen printing is 1 piece;
We have a laboratory that can do performance testing reports, and we also accept samples sent to third-party testing institutions for obtaining reports.
The production environment for food packaging also needs to be strictly controlled within a Class 100,000 food workshop environment. The workshop environment should be kept clean, free of dust, mosquitoes, and other pollutants to ensure the hygiene and safety of food packaging. For certain special processes, such as dry and solvent-free lamination processes, strict management of humidity in the production environment is also required to prevent quality issues caused by high or low humidity.
